• Orders & shipments: products, quantities, addresses, and tracking information.
• Messages you send us through our website, WhatsApp, Telegram, Facebook Messenger, or Instagram, including your name and message content, so we can answer your enquiry.
• Technical data: basic logs needed to operate and secure the service.

How we use it

• To respond to your enquiries and provide customer support (including automated replies).
• To process and deliver orders and shipments and keep you updated.
• To improve our products, services, and support quality.
• To comply with legal and accounting obligations.

Messaging platforms

When you message us on WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, or Instagram, we receive the message and your profile name through the platforms' Messaging APIs solely to reply and assist you. We do not use these messages for advertising and we do not sell your data.

Sharing & retention

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us operate (e.g. hosting, shipping/logistics partners) and where required by law. We keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.

2. Terms of Use

• Services. We provide sourcing, inspection, shipping, and a wholesale store. Prices and shipping times shown are estimates until confirmed in writing for your specific order.
• Orders & payments. Some services require a deposit or advance payment as agreed. Quotations, deposits, and payment terms are confirmed per order.
• Shipping & customs. Delivery timelines are estimates and may change due to carriers, customs, or force majeure. Import duties, taxes, and customs clearance in the destination country are the customer's responsibility unless agreed otherwise.
• Acceptable use. You agree to provide accurate information and not to use our services for any unlawful purpose or for prohibited/restricted goods.
• AI assistant. Our automated assistant may reply to your messages to help you faster. Its replies are for guidance and are not a binding quotation or contract.
• Intellectual property. Website content, logos, and materials belong to AL BURAQ GROUP and may not be copied without permission.
• Liability. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our responsibility is limited to the service actually provided.
• Changes. We may update this page from time to time; the latest version applies.
