Data Deletion Request

You have the right to request deletion of the personal data we hold about you, including any messages you sent us through Facebook Messenger, Instagram, WhatsApp, Telegram, or our website.

How to request deletion

1. Email Alburaqgroupcn@gmail.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request", or message us on WhatsApp at +8619557959148.
2. Tell us the channel and the name/handle you used to contact us (e.g. your Facebook or Instagram name) so we can locate your records.
3. We will verify the request and delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are legally required to retain certain records (e.g. completed transactions for accounting).

Once completed, we will confirm by email that your data has been deleted.
